On Tuesday, November 18 of last year, the new Schomp MINI dealership in Highlands Ranch officially broke ground. Moving to Plum Valley Lane by the current Schomp BMW dealership, this Schomp MINI location will be much larger than the current and will offer a list of exciting features.

The current Schomp MINI dealership resides at South Broadway and Littleton Boulevard, and is 15,000 square feet. Because of Schomp MINI’s growing success, we need a larger space to give our customers and even more refined experience with many more cars to choose from, along with an entertaining and urban space to experience. The new Schomp MINI dealership will be a 53,358-square-feet space, which will make it the largest MINI dealership in all of Colorado.

The new building will be two floors. On the first floor, Schomp MINI will feature two showrooms, a customer lounge and cafe, indoor new car delivery area, a parts and accessories boutique and a MINI car track, connecting the showrooms. On the second floor of Schomp MINI will be a customer lounge information center, outdoor customer lounge, fireplace and John Cooper car display.

In November, we spoke to Schomp MINI general manager Mark Osborne about this exciting move. “This change is especially exciting for MINI,” he said. “We’ve grown so far out of our current facility and we’ll be able to serve our customers better. We’ll be able to have inventory and have Schomp MINI play a bigger role in the community.”

The brand-new Schomp MINI dealership is expected to open in early 2016. It will reside next to Schomp BMW, along with the upcoming Schomp Honda dealership, which will also open in early 2016.
