Love Hope Strength to Partner with Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness at Red Rocks
In 2005, frontman of Something Corporate/Jack’s Mannequin, Andrew McMahon, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphatic Leukemia. After two rounds of chemotherapy, radiation treatment and a successful stem cell transplant from his sister, Andrew went into remission and has since gone on to inspire others with his music and his story. In 2006, Andrew McMahon founded the Dear Jack Foundation: “This life-changing experience caused Andrew to found the Dear Jack Foundation in an effort to initiate change and provide a voice for the generations of young adults who have been diagnosed with cancer.”
Our partner, Love Hope Strength, is proudly partnering with Andrew and the Dear Jack Foundation, and will make several appearances together at upcoming concerts. Andrew’s new project, Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, is also partnering with the Dear Jack Foundation to help fun LHS’ Red Rocks participation all summer long. Watch this video to hear about why Andrew wanted to partner with LHS:
